Living with No Goals – a 30 Day Experiment

Choosing not to have goals is exactly that, it's a choice. Yes, I was a bit confused when I read the philosophy behind having no goals. Rather than having a goal to "eat healthy," I make it a choice. It just becomes a part of my life, and therefore, it's something I don't need to strive for. For example, one of the things I listed as a goal was to lose 15 pounds.
